Chris Zurowski is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over ten years experience in Building Surveying and Neighbourly matters. Chris specialises in Party Walls but is also experienced in offering advice on building defects, Landlord & Tenant matters, dilapidaions, building reinstatement valuations and contract administraion. 

Chris is also experienced and qualified in undertaking inspections of London Underground "Tube" tunnels and other assets on behalf of clients developing property in close proximity to London Underground structures.

Chris has advised EDF Energy, UK Power Networks, Kuwait Petroleum International, DHL, Gordon Ramsay Holdings, Royal Mail, McDonalds Restaurants, London Borough of Hackney, London Borough of Camden, Milton Keynes Council and Kent County Council. Chris also dealt with the Party Wall and neighbourly matters at the Land Securities redevelopment of the Princesshay shopping quarter in Exeter town centre.

Chris is a member of both the London and the National committees of the Pyramus & Thisbe club, the organisation for construction professionals specialising in Party Wall and neighbourly construction law matters. Chris is also the administrator for the Pyramus & Thisbe club website.
